I am fully aware my participation in Erin's Walk is indicative of my agreement to provide a Release of Liability and I freely provide this release and agree to save and hold harmless Erin's Walk, and all of its  committee members, organizers, and volunteers from any liability, claims, suits, actions, loss, injury, or damage of any nature or kind, or for any liability, obligation, or responsibility resulting from any accident, act, omission, matter, or cause related to participation in Erin's Walk,  including, but not limited to: injury or dog bites to person or pet; sickness, illness or death of person or pet; damages to property, including, but not limited to acts of negligence, carelessness, and/or recklessness associated with the inspection, maintenance, and/or repair of any premises, facility, or equipment being used during Erin's Walk.
